To effectively facilitate and support your surrogacy or family-building process, it may be necessary to share relevant information with carefully selected third parties that provide services directly connected to your journey. These may include, where applicable, IVF clinics, fertility specialists, surrogacy agencies, legal professionals, medical providers, laboratories, travel or documentation support providers, and other professionals or service partners whose involvement is reasonably necessary to facilitate your process.

We limit such disclosures to information that is reasonably necessary for the relevant service, coordination, consultation, referral, or facilitation. Where appropriate, information is shared with your knowledge, authorization, or as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

Surro-Connect does not disclose client information to the general public and does not sell personal information to third parties for advertising or unrelated commercial purposes.

By engaging Surro-Connect and providing information for the purpose of facilitating your journey, you acknowledge that relevant information may be shared with appropriate service providers and professional partners where reasonably necessary to coordinate, support, or advance your process.
